It’s about their spiritual alignment with God (or whatever you believe in), your physical body, and your daily stream of consciousness all melding together.
Advice
Getting aligned with your higher self is pretty easy—just continue to make choices that are going to make you happy. Never let up on this rule, because you are a result of all your decisions.
