Cleansing is necessary for dispelling negative energy and dulling down any overstimulation we may be feeling. You can cleanse with smoke from incense or palo santo, or you can cleanse with prayer. I sometimes take baths and whisper prayers or healing affirmations into the water. You can do the same with the water you drink. Watch how quickly life changes.

Cleansing is good for the soul and this card often pops up when it’s necessary to do so. This can be physically, energetically, or technologically (like cleaning out your phone).
